Terms and Conditions

All quotes to be agreed before hand

No additional work to be carried out with out customers agreement 

Prices are for clearing gutters only. Any repairs to joints / broken gutters/ down pipes are additional and may require to be carried out by a separate contractor.

Quote includes all debris removal 

Access to effected  work area to clear of any obstacles by client

Prices quoted do not include access lifts unless noted

Any existing leaks/ damage gutters/ loose or broken brackets are not the responsibility of GCS-Scotland 

Prices include outlets in gutter to downpipe cleared but does not include any down pipe or disconnecting "S" bends and clearing out.

Payment to be on completion of work
